T5 is an emergency announcement system that allows to make announcements for instructions to be announced in evacuation situations or in case of accidents and even when the power supply is cut off. This is achieved thanks to the relay transmit-receive of voice packets in the short distance digital wireless repeating method through devices with integral batteries already installed in railroad cars like subways, trains, light rail transits and monorails where the engine room and cabins are connected lengthways.
Due to Bicom’s own digital wireless broadcasting technology and internal batteries, emergency announcements can be made and lighting maintained through the entire railroad car even when there is no external power supply.
